B2B PCM were engaged by United Energy for the full refurbishment and extension of an existing office and construction of a new vehicle equipment and material storage structure. The 10-acre site, which is set within an industrial area which also boarders neighbouring residential properties, consisted of 3 parcels of land combined to form the depot allotment. The existing 2 story office structure was completely stripped back to base with an extension completed on both ground and level 1 to increase the total floor space available. All structural elements were either constructed as new or modified to suit the new layout along with all new services to reticulate throughout the structure. The vast existing shed structure was completely demolished to make way for a new 8000m2 vehicle and equipment storage structure which has been purpose built to suit United Energy’s working requirements. All structures built onsite . New parking facilities and external hardstands were paved including a specialised 500m2 bunded area with overhead gantry crane installed to assist with loading and un-loading.
