Telstra, Mort St Canberra

Telstra signed a 12-year lease to establish a major new office and commercial centre in Canberra and to consolidate many of its existing operations in one location. The complex needed to accommodate more than 1,000 people across 13,250 square metres of office space. It also needed to accommodate new teams being set up to deliver specialist telecommunications services to the Department of Defence.
