B2B PCM were engaged by United Energy for the refurbishment of an existing outer suburban depot. The 6-acre site currently consists of dilapidated partially portable offices and material stores structures. It is proposed to demolish the existing office structures and construct new purpose-built office facilities along with a new vehicle storage structure and updated external material store hardstands, wash bay facilities and transformer bunding area.
