Powercor Echuca

B2B PCM have been engaged by CitiPower Powercor for the construction of a new regional depot. It is proposed the 6-acre greenfield site be transformed by constructing a new combined mixed-use office, secure vehicle and equipment storage building along with external material storage and wash bay facilities. As the allotment was formerly utilised for agricultural purposes, the site will require remediation of the subgrade including soil stabilisation as part of the initial civil scope. All disciplines are to be managed by B2B including all civil and building works including all services trades for delivery of the new depot.
